Completing the Care Continuum

To complete the full continuum of care, VMP offers hospice care. Hospice and/or palliative care comes at a time when a decision to focus on providing symptom relief of a disease rather than aggressive treatment is made. Our team will work closely with a contracted Hospice agency of your choice with the goal to meet not only your physical needs but your emotional and spiritual as well.
