Our staff receives support from our onsite rehabilitation department and medical clinic to provide quality care to our residents. We also offer excellent resident to staff ratios. Compensation and Benefit Plan

VMP offers competitive pay, along with a great cafeteria benefits plan for staff beginning with those who work 20 or more hours per week. With this plan, our team members are provided base benefits which include the following:
