SUMMARY
Develop, coordinate, and implement corporate marketing and sales plans and strategies consistent with the overall corporate strategic plan.  Identify new programs and projects leading to new care services or service lines which expand or enhance the corporate mission and objectives.  Establish, in conjunction with CEO, revenue targets, sales targets, pricing philosophies and strategies, patient mix objectives, and service utilization patterns.  Oversee and provide leadership to; sales and market research activities, internal and external communications projects, public relations activities, community relations activities, and internal and external sales activities.  Serve as senior manager for all campus sales, marketing and staff.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises employees in the Sales and Marketing Department.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
